Hips full roll out.

Yvette cooper today announced that HIPS were to extend to 1 and 2 bed properties from 14th Dec. In addition to this �first day marketing� will be extended until June of 2008 to give the HIPs scheme time to bed in.

10th September�07

Hips roll out for 3 beds.

HIPs are now required for all homes with 3 bedrooms or more before marketing the property. Failure to do so could result in a fine of up to £200 per day!

Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction

1.1 This Home Information Pack ("HIP") agreement ("the Agreement") is made between Hipnotik Ltd ("Hipnotik", "We") and the customer ("You").

1.2 By entering into this agreement you are confirming you have read these Terms and Conditions and agree to them.

1.3 Once payment is received you agree to Hipnotik producing a HIP for you ("the Order") and this agreement is legally binding.

2. Your Responsibilities

2.1 You have the legal right to sell the property.

2.2 Information you supply is true and accurate and not misleading. Hipnotik does not take any responsibility for the accuracy of the information supplied.

2.3 You will pay the fee quoted before the production of the HIP commences.

2.5 You agree to ensure full access to the property for the energy assessor at the agreed date and time. Failure to provide access will result in an extra call out charge.

2.7 You will supply copies of you HIP to interested parties on request and store the master copy.

3. Hipnotik Responsibility

3.1 We reserve the right to reject or cancel an order at anytime.

3.2 The HIP will contain the compulsory documents as defined by the "Home Information Pack Regulations".

3.3 We will contact you to arrange the energy assessment visit normally within 2 working days of placing the order.

3.4 We will supply the order by an electronic PDF normally within 5 to 10 working days after the energy assessment has taken place. Leasehold and commonhold properties will take longer to produce. However, please allow 28 days or longer in exceptional circumstances.

3.5 We will inform you by email when the order is complete with instructions how to download your HIP.

4. Refunds

4.1 Under no circumstances will our liability exceed the value of the cost of supplying the HIP

4.2 We are not liable for an error in the HIP based on information including and not limited to from the public register, energy performance certificate, local searches, information provided by the seller, leaseholder or managing agents.

4.3 We do not accept cancellations for an order for any reason.

4.4 This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

5. Price Match

5.1 We will price match any "like-for-like" quote.

5.2 We will undercut the price match by a minimum of 5%.

5.3 Like-for-like, translates to a HIP of equal specification to ours. If the specification is less than that of Hipnotik the price match will be entirely at our discretion.

5.4 We reserve the right to withdraw this offer at anytime without notice.
